Welcome to Plumb ADU!

We’re Jill Cox and Nathan Bennett, both local West Seattle residents that met while working at the Seattle office for Abodu, a California-based prefab ADU company. We quickly bonded over a shared passion for construction, design and an appreciation for providing customers with a great construction experience.

While the idea of prefab construction and the use of cranes to lift units into people's backyards sounded exciting, the reality of this method in our Seattle landscape proved too complex and costly.

We quickly saw a need to provide homeowners thoughtfully designed units with elevated quality - built in your own backyard. Simplifying the design, permitting and construction process without compromise. Plumb ADU is a one-stop-shop offering clients the choice between two (soon to be three) plumb units of different sizes and layouts to best suit your needs. From there, Plumb handles the entire process to get you moved in as quickly as possible.
